Vascular Sonographer – Radiology/Cardiology

Jackson, TN | Outpatient Clinic

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No on-call, no weekends, no holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general and vascular ultrasound studies within a Vascular and Cardiology Clinic setting
• Operate GE ultrasound equipment and navigate PACS systems accurately and efficiently
• Document and manage imaging studies within the Epic EMR system
• Float to applicable areas as needed per departmental needs
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, certification requirements, and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS-RVT or ARRT-VS certification required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Active compact or Tennessee state license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of vascular sonography experience required
• GE ultrasound and PACS experience required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 18 months required</strong>; must be clearly documented and candidates must pass an Epic competency exam (one attempt allowed)
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Broad-based experience across general and vascular ultrasound modalities
• Familiarity with vascular and cardiology clinic workflows
• Experience floating across departments or units in a clinical setting
