Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a high-acuity neonatal care environment
• Manage and monitor neonatal ventilators and advanced respiratory support equipment
• Assist with and respond to high-risk deliveries as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver evidence-based respiratory care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility compliance standards
• Complete Ohio fingerprinting requirements promptly upon contract signing

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Respiratory Therapy License — must be in hand at time of submission
• NRP Certification required
• CRT or RRT Credential required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• NICU experience required
• High school diploma and college diploma/transcripts required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Nitric Oxide (iNO), Oscillator Ventilation, and NAVA
• Proficiency with Bubble CPAP and High-Flow Nasal Cannula therapy
• Neonatal ventilator management experience
• Experience supporting high-risk deliveries
