Multimodality Technologist – X-Ray & CT (Radiology/Cardiology)
Location
Columbia, SC | Acute Care Hospital
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Saturday – Monday | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
- Utilize Epic for charting and Sectra PACS for image management
- Wear a radiation monitoring badge at all times during assigned shifts
- Adhere to facility policies, including potential emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June – November)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
- SCRQSA (R)(CT) certification required
- Radiation monitoring badge required — must be provided by agency prior to start
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; time off requests submitted after will not be accepted
- Locals within 60 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Epic EMR and Sectra PACS systems
- Experience working in a high-volume acute care or hospital-based imaging environment
- Familiarity with travel contract compliance processes and pre-start requirements
