Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across a diverse caseload averaging 55 visits per week
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for conditions including orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal diagnoses
• Treat a wide range of conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniations, plantar fasciitis, and generalized low back pain, among others
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team including PTAs, aides, and physical education coordinators

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Illinois
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1+ years of outpatient PT experience preferred
• Experience with post-operative rehabilitation and orthopedic cases
• Familiarity with the NextGen documentation platform
• New graduates will be considered
