Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 13–18 week contract options available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required facility orientation modules, ECG rhythm recognition assessment, and safeMedicate assessment prior to or during orientation
• Maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications and all required compliance documentation throughout the contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• Active AHA BLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active ACLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required (co-worker references will not be accepted)
• No open background case hits; facility does not accept any license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience concentrated within a single facility or location
• Prior travel nursing experience within a large health system environment
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and electronic medication administration systems
