Registered Nurse- OB/GYN

Summary:
iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new Registered Nurse (RN) for our client in the Healthcare industry. This is a permanent role, working in Miami Beach, FL, offering a pay rate of $34 - $38/hour depending on experience.

Role Details:

• Compensation: $34 - $38/hour
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Duration: Permanent
• Location: Miami Beach, FL 33140
• Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (flexibility to arrive at 7 AM or stay later if needed)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct patient care under the guidance of physicians in an OB/GYN clinic setting.
• Triage incoming calls, respond to medication and treatment questions, and coordinate prescription refills per physician protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, observe, record, and report patient conditions and adverse reactions.
• Oversee medical assistants in the lab and assist physicians with procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ symptoms or behaviors promptly.
• Educate patients about health maintenance, disease prevention, and available services.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in an OB/GYN clinical setting.
• Ability to triage and work with medical software and equipment.
• Strong rapport-building skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willingness to consider LPN candidates with triage and OB experience (pay negotiable).
