Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established clinical standards
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Massachusetts
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements
- Permanent Massachusetts PT license required (compact license alone is not sufficient for this assignment)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and clinical workflows
