Contract | Days | Full-Time | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | 40 Hours per Week | On-Call Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting throughout the perioperative process
- Assist surgical teams by preparing the OR, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring patient safety
- Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Respond to on-call needs as required per facility scheduling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to deliver high-quality, safe patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at time of submission (conditional license accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- COVID vaccination status documentation required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or acute care surgical environment
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and documentation processes
