Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care on a 29-bed Progressive Care Unit with an expected patient ratio of 1:4–1:5
• Monitor and document vital signs every 4 hours (or more frequently based on patient condition) and complete required assessments every shift
• Manage cardiac drips and insulin drips in accordance with unit protocols
• Perform blood glucose checks as ordered and respond to changes in patient condition
• Utilize unit equipment including Alaris IV pumps, Welch Allyn VS machines, bladder scan, and vein finder; document in Meditech
• Float to other areas of competency per unit floating policy and collaborate as part of a cohesive team environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia (or compact eligibility)
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with demonstrated proficiency in PCU, IMC, or stepdown care
• Familiarity with cardiac drips and insulin drip management
• Royal blue scrubs required; no artificial or gel nails permitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech documentation system
• Ability to self-schedule and preference for consecutive night shifts (3 in a row)
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
