Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week with rotating weekends | Projected Start: September 28, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a 1:7 patient ratio
• Perform unit-specific procedures including EKGs, glucose monitoring, and venipuncture
• Document patient care and clinical information using the Meditech documentation system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a clinical nurse coordinator, PCTs, and a unit coordinator per shift
• Adhere to floating policy — contract labor is first to float to like units as needed
• Maintain current BLS certification and comply with all facility dress code requirements (royal blue scrub top and bottom)

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of patient experience in a relevant care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system
• Familiarity with Med/Surg workflows in an acute care hospital environment
• Comfort with high patient ratios and fast-paced unit environments
