Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in an Emergency Department setting, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory and neurological conditions
• Float to additional affiliated facilities as needed to support staffing requirements
• Maintain compliance with all facility-required annual competencies, modules, and hands-on training requirements
• Adhere to a smoke-free, nicotine-free workplace policy; negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Active Ohio RRT license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• NBRC certification required — active and in hand at time of submission (nothing pending)
• BLS certification required — active and in hand at time of submission (nothing pending)
• Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Emergency Department respiratory therapy role
• Experience working in a large academic or health system environment
• Demonstrated ability to float across multiple units or facilities
