Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a long-term care and skilled nursing population across a wide range of diagnoses
• Manage patient assignments within an approximate 1:32 nurse-to-patient ratio across 12-hour day shifts
• Utilize the PCC electronic medical records system for documentation and care coordination
• Perform or assist with trach care as needed based on patient population
• Respond appropriately in code situations following facility protocols
• Rotate weekend and holiday coverage on an every-third basis

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license valid in the state of North Dakota
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Ability to complete facility-specific orientation pathway as directed by on-site staff
• Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays (every third)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IV Certification (IV-C) preferred for LPNs
• Prior experience with trach care
• Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) EMR system
• Background in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
