Key Responsibilities

• Provide licensed practical/vocational nursing care to residents across a wide range of diagnoses in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Manage a patient assignment within an established nurse-to-resident ratio in a 128-bed facility
• Utilize the facility's electronic medical record system (PCC) for documentation and care coordination
• Perform and support trach care as needed for applicable residents
• Respond appropriately to code situations as they arise
• Rotate weekend and holiday coverage on an every-third basis

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license in good standing, valid in the state of North Dakota
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts within a Sunday–Saturday work week
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Completion of facility-specific orientation pathway with on-site staff required prior to independent practice

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IV Certification (IV-C) preferred for LPNs
• Prior experience with trach care and/or responding to code situations
• Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) electronic medical records
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
