Contract | Days | Primarily Monday–Friday, 5x8s or 4x10s; occasional Saturday coverage may be required following Friday orthopedic surgery cases
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients receiving physical therapy services during day shift hours
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation support, including occasional Saturday coverage following Friday orthopedic surgical cases
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience providing orthopedic or post-surgical physical therapy
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
- Familiarity with orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation protocols
- Flexibility to adapt to varying weekly schedules (8-hour or 10-hour shifts)
