Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting at a Level 3 Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
• Utilize Epic for all clinical documentation and charting
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; locals within 50 miles may be considered at a lower rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a trauma center setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience managing high-acuity emergency patients
