Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Contract | 12 Weeks | Days | 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with a wide range of cardiac and vascular procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, PTA, stenting, Impella, IABP, peripheral angiograms, PPM, ICD, EP studies, thrombectomy, laser, and directional atherectomy
• Assist with select interventional radiology (IR) procedures as needed, including float coverage to the IR department
• Operate and maintain imaging and procedural equipment, including GE and Philips systems
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and MERGE EMR platforms
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 in procedural rooms and support recovery bay coverage (up to 5 patients)
• Participate in on-call rotation, including approximately one week of call per month

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Active BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Ability and willingness to take call as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE and/or Philips imaging and procedural equipment
• Familiarity with Meditech and/or MERGE EMR systems
• Experience with IR procedures in addition to cardiac cath lab duties
