Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU setting with expected patient ratios of 1:2–4
• Participate in a self-scheduling model, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Adhere to block scheduling requirements as established by the unit
• Float between units within the facility as needed
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III NICU experience strongly preferred, as this is a Level IV unit
• Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations
• Interest in extended contract engagements beyond the standard 13-week term
