Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (3:00–15:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting with patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:3 depending on acuity
• Manage and support High Risk OB patients requiring specialized monitoring and intervention
• Float to Postpartum and High Risk Antepartum units based on unit needs
• Participate in on-call rotation; if cancelled, on-call availability is required
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Chart accurately and efficiently using Epic

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Ability to float to sister facilities as needed; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with High Risk Antepartum and Postpartum patient populations
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and floating between units
