CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (9:00–21:30) | 6 weeks on / 8 weeks off rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures within a Radiology/Cardiology department setting
• Operate and maintain CT equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely imaging results
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including annual hands-on competency assessments
• Complete required orientation modules and assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate, prior to or at the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in CT technology required
• Active, permanent Ohio state license in hand at time of submission (compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
• All required certifications must be active with nothing pending
• One supervisory reference (manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director) in the CT specialty required at time of submission
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (up to 2 attempts permitted)
• Must have no open background check cases; facility does not accept any license hits
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel technologist experience in a fast-paced acute care or hospital-based radiology/cardiology setting
• Familiarity with health system compliance processes and pre-start module completion workflows
• Experience with PAPR usage and infection control protocols
