Contract | Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Shift start times vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM and will be discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Endoscopy/GI setting throughout assigned day shifts
• Participate in 1–2 weekday on-call shifts per week following the end of the scheduled shift through 7:00 AM
• Participate in 1–2 weekend on-call shifts per 6-week rotation, covering 24-hour periods on Saturday and Sunday
• Respond to call obligations within a one-hour response time
• Complete required facility assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations, during orientation
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency and module requirements as directed by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state RN license — must be in hand at time of submission; license hits are not accepted
• ACLS and BLS certifications required — must be active and in hand at time of submission; pending certifications will not be accepted
• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Endoscopy experience
• One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the Endoscopy/GI specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — co-worker references will not be accepted
• Background check review required; open background cases are not accepted
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Local candidates are welcome and may be considered at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Endoscopy/GI experience concentrated within a single location
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition in a clinical setting
• Prior travel nursing experience within a structured health system environment
