Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in an acute care operating room setting
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required by the facility
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
• Participate in weekend rotation (every other weekend) and holiday rotation in accordance with facility scheduling policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to fulfill travel contract requirements, including weekend and holiday rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume acute care or hospital-based OR environment
• Proficiency in both scrub and circulating roles
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
