Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures within an acute care hospital setting
- Operate and monitor specialized cath lab equipment throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Prepare and maintain the cath lab environment, ensuring sterility and readiness for procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to support patient care during cardiac procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation as required to support emergent cath lab needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
- Current and applicable certification or licensure required for the role
- Demonstrated competency in cardiac catheterization lab procedures and equipment
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements as part of the position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or community hospital cath lab environment
- Familiarity with both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
