Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care within a 4-OR suite plus one Endoscopy room
• Perform and assist with a range of surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgeries
• Operate and maintain Stryker equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM, one to two times per week, and weekends as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team including CSTs, EVS, and SPD staff in a team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience
• Required procedural experience: Orthopedic, Spine, DaVinci robotic, Mako, Globus, and Laparoscopic surgeries — candidates without these skills will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or acute care surgical environment
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Strong teamwork and collaborative communication skills
