Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties across a multi-OR surgical suite, including 4 ORs and 1 Endoscopy room
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including Ortho, Spine, Robotic (Da Vinci, Mako, Globus), and Laparoscopic cases
• Operate and maintain Stryker equipment in compliance with facility and unit standards
• Document patient care activities accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team including RNs, EVS, and SPD staff to ensure safe, efficient surgical care

Required Qualifications

• BLS Certification required
• NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification required
• DORA (Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies) Certification required
• Demonstrated experience with Ortho, Spine, Da Vinci, Mako, Globus, and Laparoscopic procedures
• Minimum 1 year of CST/OR experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Ortho Total Joints at a Level 3 or Level 4 facility
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Experience with Stryker surgical equipment
