Position Type: Full-time, Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Weekend rotations and holidays included
Compensation: $34.68 – $55.80 per hour + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care for adult patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication management, and health promotion.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly in electronic health records.
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Current, active, and clean RN license in the State of Illinois.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; commitment to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within five years of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
