Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or equivalent • Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or eligibility to obtain certification • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions • Conduct patient assessments, including range of motion, strength, and mobility evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals • Provide education and training to patients on exercises, stretches, and home programs • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
