**Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF** **Location:** Waterville, ME **Shift:** Days **Job Type:** Full-time **Specialty:** Long Term Care/Snife Care **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Long Term Care/Snife Care setting. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents. **Key Responsibilities:** • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs • Develop, implement, and maintain patient care plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians • Monitor vital signs, track patient progress, and report changes to healthcare team • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve patient outcomes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports **Required Qualifications:** • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of ME • Minimum 2 years of experience in Long Term Care/Snife Care • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team **We Offer:** • Competitive compensation package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to join a dynamic team, please apply today!
