Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Windsor, VA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals. • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting. • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and technologies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
