Therapist Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: Lincoln, IL Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions. • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Assist patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills. • Evaluate and adapt treatment plans as needed to meet individual patient needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or equivalent. • Certification as an occupational therapy assistant (OTA) or eligibility for certification. • Current state licensure as an occupational therapy assistant (if applicable).

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children, adults, and seniors. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
