Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Franklin, NC

Schedule: Full-time, Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment • Assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans for patients with acute and critical conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare providers • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NC • BLS and ACLS certifications required • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of patients • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center • Experience with electronic medical records and Cerner system • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
