Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to a population of 1 to 30 residents in a long-term care setting • Administer medications to residents on the hall, as the facility is currently understaffed with med techs • Complete training programs to ensure a smooth transition and effective practice on the floor
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NM • Valid RN certification • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Familiarity with medication administration and management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
