Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Brooksville, FL

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Assess patient needs and track progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient records.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid occupational therapist license for the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in long-term care or SNF settings.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to therapy services.
