Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI

Schedule / Job Type: Full-Time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with endoscopic and GI procedures as a scrub person at the bedside, including specimen collection and bedside cleaning.
• Provide circulator support by charting, documentation, specimen handling, and coordinating patient care.
• Reprocess endoscopy scopes using AERs, borescopes, ATP testing, and leak testing.
• Transport patients to and from procedure areas and ensure proper documentation throughout shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with endoscopy procedures, preferably advanced procedures such as ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy, or EBUS (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to assist with scope reprocessing and utilize equipment such as Provation and Olympus systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a hospital endoscopy or GI unit.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols and documentation standards.
