• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, exercises, and health management.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven competency in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
