Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, shift-based (12-hour night shifts with flexibility for other shifts, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient statuses and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures as needed
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Occasionally float to other departments based on qualification and institutional needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Moderate Sedation certification (possible to obtain post-hire through the facility, costs may apply)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics, and Intensive Care units

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in diverse ICU environments, including emergency and pediatric care
• Ability to adapt to floating between departments and handle various patient loads
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary teams
