Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute dialysis services, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, at multiple facilities within North Texas.
• Float between facilities or be assigned to a primary hospital, assisting with patient care and coverage needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including night and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous patient support.
• Work scheduled productive shifts primarily between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with potential weekend and after-hours call shifts.
• Collaborate with hospital staff at selected facilities, maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Texas or active multi-state license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing acute dialysis care.
• Experience with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and call shifts.
• Willingness to float between multiple facilities if necessary.
