Job Title: Tech - Mammography

Location: Plano, TX

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, daytime, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography procedures and other related imaging exams such as Bone Density, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Supervise, coordinate, and improve workflows within the Breast Imaging department.
• Provide department orientation, coaching, and training to staff.
• Maintain compliance with imaging safety and quality standards.
• Act as department liaison in the absence of the department manager.
• Ensure patient care and imaging accuracy throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT-M Mammography certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of mammography experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of imaging procedures and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with Bone Density, MRI, Ultrasound, or Nuclear Medicine imaging.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
