Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Previous experience with ventilator management and other critical care equipment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
