Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with advanced medical equipment used in critical care.
