Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a patient load with an expectation of 12-14 visits per day, including follow-up visits.
• Ensure productivity targets of 60 visits per week are met, with double-booking as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and coordinate with clinic management regarding overtime and patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies.
• Float to other clinics within the region as needed, including Beacon OR and Club Northwest.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist or the ability to obtain one.
• Will accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a 36-hour guaranteed schedule.
• Willingness to float between clinics and split assignments if necessary.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient setting experience.
• Pediatric or general outpatient patient care experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle a varied caseload independently.
