Schedule / Job Type

• Part-time, 13-week assignment, rotating shifts, approximately 30 hours guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing patient-centered therapy services.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient responses.
• Adhere to all safety and clinical standards to ensure quality care delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of therapy equipment and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
