Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients with varied needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Comply with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Washington.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Proven experience providing outpatient or clinical therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of current therapy modalities and documentation practices.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
