• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

• Full-time, contract (travel), 13-week assignments, days shift, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Labs.
• Assist with and monitor complex procedures such as ablations, EP studies, device implantations (pacemakers, defibrillators, LAAC).
• Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during procedures involving imaging equipment like GE and Philips single-plane and Biplane systems.
• Monitor patient status, including pacing and arrhythmia management, throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of radiology techs, surgical aides, coordinators, and other staff.
• Document procedures accurately in the EMR system (Meditech, Merge Hemo, LS Pro).

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior experience working in electrophysiology (EP) or cardiac catheterization labs.
• Knowledge of monitoring and pacing during EP procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cath Lab experience, including PCI procedures.
• Familiarity with implantable device procedures (pacemakers/defibrillators, LAAC).
• Experience with EP interventions such as ablations and EP studies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible, positive attitude.
