Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract, nights shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in both inpatient rehab and acute care settings.
• Float between inpatient rehabilitation and acute care units as needed to support patient care.
• Utilize standard rehabilitation equipment to assist in patient recovery.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Maintain compliance with unit guidelines, policies, and dress code standards.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent experience in the physical therapy field within the last year.
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Ability to work nights and float between inpatient rehab and acute care environments.
• Experience with evaluations and treatments involving diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, NICU, or ICU settings.
• Willingness and flexibility to float between different units as needed.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
