Key Responsibilities
• Scrub, monitor, and circulate during cardiovascular and neuro procedures, including high-risk coronary interventions and STEMI cases.
• Assist with patient care during cath lab procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Support neuro interventional procedures and learn circulating/monitoring responsibilities for call coverage.
• Maintain proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic and McKesson.
• Adhere to clinical policies, including call, weekend, and holiday requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Active ARRT RT-R certification or equivalent.
• Valid Illinois licensure or confirmation that application has been initiated.
• Minimum of 3 years cath lab experience, with high-risk coronary and STEMI intervention skills.
• Ability to scrub and circulate high-risk coronary and neuro procedures.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Willingness to learn neuro interventional circulating and monitoring.
• Understanding of OSF call policies and orientation requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with EP/IR procedures and on-call responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Epic and McKesson EMR systems.
• Ability to float to EP/IR as needed.
