Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload with an expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per week
• See approximately 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
• Ensure productivity and documentation standards are met, with prior approval for overtime hours
• Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to clinic protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Ability to manage a busy outpatient caseload efficiently
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates are not eligible
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
