• Registered Nurse - PICU

• Full-time, days, hospital-based healthcare
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the Critical Care Unit, including CVPICU, NICU, and general PICU units.
• Float across pediatric units within scope to meet facility needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Monitor patient status, perform assessments, and administer treatments and medications.
• Document patient information accurately and in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in South Carolina or a Multi-State/Compact State.
• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association accepted).
• Willingness to float within scope across pediatric units.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with ECMO or CRRT therapies.
• Ability to accommodate block scheduling upon managerial approval.

Additional Details
• Travel nurses accepted on a case-by-case basis with a 10% shift rate reduction.
• Local candidates preferred within 60 miles of Charleston.
• All time-off requests must be submitted at submission and approved based on unit needs.
• Guaranteed hours with the facility allowing one call-off per two weeks.
• During hurricane season (June–November), staff may be assigned to emergency response teams.
