Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to pediatric critically ill patients in various units including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU.
- Float within the scope of practice to meet facility needs across pediatric units.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately.
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including every other weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact license.
- BLS and PALS certifications (AHA accepted).
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ECMO experience.
- Certification in CRRT.
- Experience working in a float pool or with pediatric critically ill patients.

Additional Information
- RTO requests must be submitted at time of application and approved based on unit needs.
- Guaranteed hours with the facility allowing one shift off per two weeks.
- Locals within a 60-mile radius are encouraged to apply; a 10% reduction in bill rate may apply.
- During hurricane season (June to November), employees may be assigned to emergency response teams if necessary.
