Registered Nurse - CVOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a scrub and circulating nurse in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) during cardiac surgeries.
• Provide expert patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to surgical protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare instruments and assist throughout procedures.
• Maintain sterile environments and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately.

Required Qualifications:

• Active DE RN license with CBD (Compact) verification at the time of submission.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CVOR scrub and circulator nurse.
• Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Facility.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts (0630-1700).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience in CVOR.
• Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and procedures specific to cardiovascular surgeries.
