Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures within a Level II trauma center's main operating room
- float to outpatient Same Day Surgery center as needed
- Prepare operating rooms with sterile supplies and equipment
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with surgical protocols
- Support surgical team members during procedures
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of recent hospital experience as a Surgical Technologist or graduate of an accredited Operating Room Technician program
- Current CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a trauma or high-acuity hospital setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to different surgical environments
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
